Jeff Rayman      |      Chairman

Before joining 108 Media, JEFF RAYMAN was the President, CEO and co-founder of Secutor Capital Management Corporation, an investment advisory firm, specializing in defensive capital management. Prior to that, Mr. Rayman was the President of Student Awards Inc. an online resource assisting students in accessing Grant and Scholarship funding for post-secondary education. From the late Seventies until 2000, Mr. Rayman was in the Canadian Film Industry. As both a board member of Alliance Atlantis Communications and the President of Alliance Atlantis Equicap Corp., Mr. Rayman has over 30 years experience in the Film and Financial Industries, involving the creation, distribution, and management, of financial services and products.

As well, Mr. Rayman is actively involved in the world of philanthropy as both a fundraiser, and board member of several charitable organizations. Active in areas of advocacy, increased awareness through public speaking, fund raising, and strategic development. 

 

Gerry Quinn      |      Director

Gerry Quinn is currently President of The Erin Mills Investment Corporation, a substantial private venture capital company with a diverse investment portfolio.  Prior to joining Erin Mills, Mr. Quinn served as a Senior Office in Magna International Inc. and Barrincorp, both publicly traded companies, and he served as a Partner in the public accounting firm of Ernst & Young.  Mr. Quinn has been a Director of a number of public companies and is also a Director of a number of private companies in diverse industries.  He is and has been a Director of a number of very successful private Oil and Gas companies since 1991.

 

Abhi Rastogi      |      CEO

Prior to starting 108, Rastogi was managing director of Cinesavvy Inc., a film finance and sales company, and he servedas executive producer on two of its key titles, “Frankie & Alice,” starring Academy Award-winner Halle Berry, and “Cell 213.”  Rastogi also served as Distribution Manager of Cinemavault Releasing for three years, responsible for acquisitions, sales, and business affairs related to a library of over 300 titles. 

 

Nathaniel Warsh      |      COO

Nathaniel began his career at Rogers Cable 10 in Toronto, Canada. His credits as a producer include the features Night Vision and One Last Breath, which he also wrote and directed. He is also executive producer of the multi-award winning The Devil’s Tail and the founder of the post-production and promotion creative firm Aftermath Digital Creative.

 

Owen Kelly      |      VP Business Affairs & Co-productions

After beginning his career in sales and distribution, for foreign sales company Cinema Vault Releasing and then with Alliance Atlantis MPD, Owen shifted into production business & financing affairs with Capri Films, as well as briefly with established producer Darius Films, where his involvement ranged from coordinating development and production funding submissions, key contract administration, to tax credit estimates. Owen continued growing his expertise in this area with leading TV producer 9 Story Entertainment, where he supported all development, digital media, and production funding affairs for the company’s executive staff. From there, he moved on to join Global Incentives, one of the leading firms handling Canadian and US tax incentives for producers such as Lions Gate, Relativity Media, and The Weinstein Company.

 

Jordan Nutson      |      Sales Executive

Jordan Nutson has worked in a variety of capacities in the entertainment industries including acquisitions, development and talent representation.  Prior to 108, Jordan was employed at one of Canada’s hottest talent agencies establishing the literary department and representing some of the nations top professionals. Before coming back to Canada, Jordan was the assistant/development head with boutique literary agent Sheree Guitar and helped staffed writers on several successful US network shows.  He has also worked at Dimension Films and the parent, The Weinstein Company.
